2. Ordering and Deliveries

Placing and Accepting Orders

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Applecross Studio Flowers is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Applecross Studio Flowers is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or product. We will investigate any and all claims.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right not to provide goods and services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Applecross Studio Flowers immediately. Once we have accepted an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. If cancellation is within 48 hours of delivery a cancellation fee to the value of 20 percent of the total order including delivery will be charged.

Deliveries

Delivery Fees will be confirmed after the order has placed based on the delivery address provided.

It is your obligation to provide / enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Re-sending the order will result in addition costs to you.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion and only upon investigation being identified as our fault.

You agree it is your responsibility to advise us of all practicable information as to the delivery of flowers etc to the recipient such as but not limited to: Recipient phone number, where to leave flowers if recipient is not home such as a neighbour, friend, should flowers be returned to our premises we will leave contact details for pickup. If recipient requires them re delivered then additional charges will apply.

You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Good Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

Applecross Studio Flowers' main priority is your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise an exchange for you. You must advise immediately and return damaged/faulty goods within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Pricing

Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Applecross Studio Flowers website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified.
